    Who it fits: Set by each university and intake. A WhatsApp “scholarship seat” without a named award and written terms is not a scholarship.

Pakistani schemes that can fund overseas graduate study — not MBBS seats.

    MS / MPhil · PhD · Fully or partially funded (scheme-dependent)

    Pakistan's Higher Education Commission periodically funds overseas graduate study. Treat each HEC notice as its own scheme with its own bond and university list. These calls are usually graduate research — not MBBS seats.

    Who it fits: Pakistani nationals meeting the specific HEC advertisement — academic thresholds, age limits, and service bonds vary. Never assume last year's circular still applies.
